Creative Arts

Big ideas begin with imagination

Creative arts invite children to explore the world through color, sound, texture and movement. With painting, drawing, music, crafts and imaginative play, children are free to experiment and discover their own ways to express an idea.

Create, explore and experiment

Open-ended materials and age-appropriate activities encourage children to make choices, try new techniques and enjoy the process rather than focus on a perfect result. These experiences support fine-motor development, focus and flexible thinking.

Every child has a voice

Whether they are making art, singing together or moving to a rhythm, children gain confidence in sharing their creativity and appreciating the ideas of others.
